  • Utilize data to craft effective event-based messaging aimed at increasing conversions at critical touchpoints in the funnel.
  • Analyze KPIs, including delivery rates, open rates, click rates, and down-funnel engagement at both campaign and account levels.
  • Lead initiatives to diversify communication channels, including SMS messaging.
  • Translate key insights into a best practice playbook for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct A/B testing on various funnel elements such as subject lines, templates, cadence, and timing.
  • Perform quality assurance on campaigns to ensure device compatibility and dynamic data integrity.
  • Collaborate with designers and front-end engineers to develop responsive and high-performing marketing templates.
  • Support marketing needs for our employers and partners in close alignment with the customer success team.

  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments to drive results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, fully remote work environment.
  • Experience with Iterable and other marketing data activation platforms.

Contract Details

  • Duration: Initial contract period with potential for full-time hire based on performance and fit.
