This position reports directly to the Director of Corporate Marketing and works hand in hand with the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing, and may oversee coordinators, specialists, or agency partners supporting email and content production.

- Partner with the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing to define KPIs, testing roadmaps, and content priorities across the buyer lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for new lifecycle programs, content formats, and personalization strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
