As a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the lifecycle marketing strategy for Bombora products and solutions. This position involves close collaboration with various teams to drive customer adoption, expansion, and retention. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing cross-sell, upsell, and retention campaigns, utilizing your expertise in customer behavior analysis and segmentation. Your efforts will have a significant impact on pipeline generation, and you will work with global marketing teams to ensure the success of regional campaigns. Additionally, you will leverage key customer insights and data to craft compelling messaging.

- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams to define comprehensive strategies and campaigns aimed at driving customer adoption and expansion of Bombora products and solutions.
- Campaign Development: Build, execute, and optimize integrated cross-sell, upsell, and retention campaigns across various inbound and outbound marketing channels.
- Customer Lifecycle Mapping: Develop a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle, from net-new logo acquisition through to product ownership expansion.
- Data Analysis and Strategy: Analyze, interpret, and report on customer behavior, segmentation, churn, and retention data to shape marketing strategies and maximize pipeline generation.
- Customer-Centric Messaging: Utilize existing key customer insights and data to craft relevant and impactful messaging that resonates with the target audience.
You have...
- 5-7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, with a strong track record of driving customer adoption, expansion, and retention.
- Proficiency in data analysis, segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in global and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and insights.

Compensation Package
- The salary range for this position is $105,000.00 to $110,000.00 plus annual bonus of $5000,00. Actual compensation may vary and will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
