Where and how you can work
Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to a hub in San Francisco, which is now home to our US operations. We offer flexibility in how and where you work. What you'd be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Implementing & optimising triggered communication flows using Pardot & Braze
  • Prioritising stakeholder requests against our team's capacity
  • Tracking and communicating impact to senior stakeholders


You're probably a match if

  • You possess B2B Systems integration experience - understanding of the landscape of B2B communications tools such as Pardot and Braze
  • Messaging Craft - understanding of how to add value to a users' experience via lifecycle
  • Technical Skill - experience creating triggers where data inputs were not yet native to marketing tool
  • Automation mindset - create solutions that scale wins despite complexity in the offering across global contexts
  • Understands the magic of Canva - consider our unique value proposition and work that into recommendations for programs that are uniquely Canva
  • Business Rigor - ability to forecast potential impact and prioritise the highest potential ideas
  • Builds Effective Relationships across the matrixed org
  • SaaS experience required

Canva's Lifecycle Marketing Team is on a mission to help users achieve their goals and grow with Canva. We do this by identifying ways to delight users, delivering educational and enriching content, and launching experiments to continuously learn and improve. The B2B Specialist in the Lifecycle Marketing team will play a crucial role during our platform consolidation project and will have a hand in making key decisions about how we communicate with leads and users alike. Working in collaboration with the MarTech and Marketing Operations teams, you'll design communications flows that help leads find the right product within Canva to suit their needs, successfully onboarding them to Canva for Enterprise, and guide them to unlocking continual value.

At Canva we value fairness, and we strive to provide competitive, market-informed compensation whilst ensuring internal equity within the team in each region. We make hiring decisions based on your skills, experience and our overall assessment of what we observed and learnt in the hiring process. The target salary range for this position is $150,000 USD to $206,000 USD. When calculating offers, we make salary decisions based on market data and candidates' skills and experience.
