The Opportunity...

Are you a savvy lifecycle marketer looking for an exciting opportunity to shape campaigns and lifecycle strategies across our Business Services Division? Join our dynamic team and take charge of end-to-end creation, optimization, and execution of email and SMS marketing campaigns. Dive into strategic initiatives focused on increasing the LTV of a business customer. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is quick on their feet to come up with solutions to complex problems around lifecycle marketing. We are looking for an innovator that is also willing to stay in the weeds and get their hands dirty in the day-to-day execution.

How You’ll Contribute...

  • Campaign Development & Strategy: Strategically develop lifecycle flows and campaigns for our B2B audiences and implement those top-notch ideas inside our ESP with unique segmentations, A/B testing, and finding different ways to create unique engagement experiences for our customers to retain their loyalty.
  • Director Collaboration: Engage closely with the Director of Omnichannel to strategize new opportunities and lean on them for support on your ideas and findings.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report campaign effectiveness using defined KPIs. Drive ideation for optimization and future steps based on data insights.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold a high-quality standard by delivering creatives and campaigns that undergo thorough QA testing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with teams like Advertising Operations, Data Warehouse, Engineering, and Design to ensure integrated campaign success.

What We're Looking For...

  • 3+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, with a focus in B2B/B2C environment specializing in strategies that drive engagement and conversions for small business owners.
  • Proven success in leading multi-channel Lifecycle Marketing campaigns, incorporating creative solutions, process improvements, and optimization to maximize impact.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the creation of high-quality, thoroughly tested marketing assets that deliver optimal results.
  • Results-driven approach, consistently achieving impactful outcomes through data analysis, email best practices, segmentation, and deliverability strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with internal teams (product, design, leadership) and clients to drive alignment and success.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
