As a Lifecycle Marketing Campaigns Coordinator, you will support the execution of Arc’teryx’s campaign program, ensuring the seamless deployment of campaigns and promotions that deepen engagement and strengthen omnichannel engagement across digital and retail touchpoints. Partnering closely with teams across Digital Commerce, Brand, Retail, and Technology, you will support lifecycle marketing initiatives that play a critical role in driving sustainable revenue growth and long-term guest value.

The Lifecycle Marketing & CRM team builds meaningful relationships with Arc’teryx guests through personalized, data-driven communications across channels. By combining customer insight, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration, the team delivers lifecycle experiences that connect brand storytelling, product moments, and transactional interactions into a cohesive omnichannel guest journey.

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Technology, Creative, Merchandising, and Community Marketing teams to deliver high-impact lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Coordinating and executing communication strategies focused on omnichannel experiences in partnership with Retail teams
  • Tracking and reporting on lifecycle marketing KPIs, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations to support campaign strategic planning
  • Supporting the regional Lifecycle Marketing & CRM team with process documentation and implementing initiatives focused on operational efficiency

Are you our next Lifecycle Marketing Campaigns Coordinator?

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications or a related field
  • You have 1+ year’s experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing
  • You can work autonomously, while collaborating with others during daily meetings and standups
  • You are able to effectively manage projects, including management of schedules, asset delivery, changes to scope, and resources
  • You have excellent attention to detail
  • You have experience configuring/managing lifecycle marketing campaigns, wireframe automation, and marketing automation platforms (i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Figma)
  • You have demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes
  • You understand best practices for email creative and templates, segmentation, dynamic content and A/B testing methodologies to improve channel performance
  • You are highly skilled in Figma, HTML, CSS, and UX design practices
  • You are always thinking in the shoes of the customer / consumer

Compensation

    The salary range for this role is: CAD$62,000 - CAD$81,000

Skills Required
