As a Lifecycle Marketing Automations Specialist, you will support the strategy and execution of automated programs spanning the full customer journey, from acquisition and onboarding through retention, loyalty, and reactivation. You'll be responsible for delivering localized CRM experiences from concept through execution, ensuring programs are relevant for your market while aligning with global priorities. Working closely with Global Lifecycle CRM and Technology teams, you'll leverage shared platforms, data, and segmentation frameworks to execute regional programs that create meaningful guest engagement and business impact.
This role is based at our North Vancouver headquarters, and may be hired remotely. Business operations occur on the PST timezone. The ideal candidate would be able to be in the office a minimum of one day per month

The Lifecycle Marketing & CRM team builds meaningful relationships with Arc’teryx guests through personalized, data-driven communications across channels. By combining customer insight, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration, the team delivers lifecycle experiences that connect brand storytelling, product moments, and transactional interactions into a cohesive omnichannel guest journey.
If you were the Lifecycle Marketing Automations Specialist now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Supporting end-to-end execution of programs across email and app, including campaign launches, product drops, seasonal moments, and promotional activations
- Executing demand-driving automations including browse abandonment, cart abandonment, Email My Cart, back-in-stock, and guest acquisition programs
- Partnering with regional merchandising, marketing, and ecommerce teams to translate commercial priorities into CRM campaigns that drive revenue
- Developing creative briefs, build campaign wireframes, coordinate QA/UAT, and oversee deployment from concept through launch
- Partnering closely with Global Lifecycle, CRM, and Technology teams to leverage shared platforms, segmentation frameworks, and automation capabilities while ensuring regional relevance
- Supporting regional email capture initiatives and listing growth strategies to grow the addressable audience
- Monitoring campaign performance and identifying optimization opportunities through testing, reporting, and guest insights
- Contributing to experimentation initiatives that improve engagement, conversion, and regional business performance
- Supporting CRM platform enhancements and new automation capabilities in partnership with Global teams

Most new team members join between the start and midpoint of the range, where you can contribute right away while continuing to grow your craft, your collaborations, and your impact at Arc’teryx. This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
