We're looking for a Lifecycle & CRM Lead to own everything that happens after a customer registers — activation, onboarding, engagement, retention, and referral. This is a zero-to-one role: no predecessor, no ceiling, and direct impact on the metric that matters most to our business.
Retention is acquisition. A 10% improvement in churn has the same P&L impact as acquiring 10% more customers at zero CAC. This role is that lever.
This individual contributor role is responsible for:
Owning activation flows from registration through to paying customer
Building and iterating onboarding sequences from purchase to first blood result received
Running email and SMS strategy end-to-end — including writing the copy, not just designing the flows
Defining customer segmentation logic and building behavioral personalization at scale
Optimizing subscription renewals and repeat purchase rates
Taking over and fixing our referral program (currently underperforming — this is yours to rebuild)
Tracking and reporting on retention metrics, cohort analysis, NPS, and LTV attribution across all lifecycle programs
You're passionate about the future of human health and want your work to help people stay healthy for longer. You move quickly from idea to execution, take full ownership of what you build, and work best with talented people who care as much as you do.
You thrive in fast-moving environments, learn by doing, and treat feedback as fuel. You use AI the way others use a calculator: naturally, to go faster and think bigger.
You'll fit in well if you
Have owned lifecycle or CRM end-to-end — not contributed to it, but built it, shipped it, and measured it yourself
Can show retention or LTV improvement attached to your name, with actual numbers
Are proficient with modern email and SMS platforms — Klaviyo, Braze, or Customer.io (we use Customer.io)
Can write — subject lines, push copy, onboarding sequences. This is not a tool configuration role.
Understand cohort analysis, incrementality measurement, and behavioral segmentation
Are French or English native / near-native, with professional proficiency in the other
Nice to have
Built a referral program from scratch
Subscription or membership business background
Experience in health, wellness, or DTC
Multi-market lifecycle work (FR, UK, DE, BE or similar)

Skills Required
