Join our Lifecycle Communications team on a 12 month max term contract and help create meaningful digital experiences that keep our members informed, engaged and connected.

As the Lifecycle Communications Coordinator, you'll transform campaign briefs into compelling email and SMS communications, bringing member journeys to life through engaging content and well-executed campaigns.

What will you be doing?

  • Support the delivery of engaging member email and SMS campaigns, including campaign copy, subject lines and calls-to-action aligned to audience needs and lifecycle journeys.
  • Adapt content, imagery and digital assets for different audiences, products, channels and communication stages.
  • Ensure content quality, consistency and accuracy across all member communications.
  • Maintain campaign schedules, templates, documentation and content libraries for efficient delivery.
  • Support quality assurance processes, including dynamic content reviews, personalisation and accessibility checks and cross-device/channel rendering validation.
  • Assist in applying audience insights, segmentation and personalisation to improve communication relevance and effectiveness.
  • Support campaign testing, reporting, optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collate and apply feedback, manage approvals and deliver effective lifecycle communications.
  • Follow processes to ensure communications comply with brand, privacy, consent, accessibility and governance requirements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and recommend improvements to communication performance.
  • Support reporting and insights to improve member engagement and campaign outcomes.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Relevant study or equivalent experience in Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media or a related field.
  • Experience creating content, communications or customer-facing materials in a professional environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to combine copy and imagery to create engaging member communications.
  • Experience working with digital marketing platforms, templates or content production processes considered an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Ability to learn and navigate digital platforms and tools.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud templates, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Dreamweaver, with a basic understanding of HTML or a willingness to learn. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and collaborate effectively. Transferable experience and demonstrated capability will be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
  • Confidence in managing and coordinating multiple business stakeholders with varying needs, priorities and requirements.
