Life Financial Processor is responsible for processing disbursements and conducting complex calculations for various transactions. They will be in charge of handling tax gains, loan valuations, dividends valuations, and death and disability benefits. They will also be in charge of fraud control during disbursements.

- Ensuring contract values are properly calculated, disbursed, applied and reported
- Performing necessary controls to prevent fraud during disbursement processing
- Training, monitoring, researching, analyzing and problem solving on a daily basis
- Assisting management in monitoring for fraudulent activity
- Performing necessary controls to ensure compliance with all internal and external rules and regulations
- Communicating with agents and/or policy owners on any information related to service requests and updating system with notes or comments for internal customers

What sets you up for success
- A college degree in math, accounting, finance or other related fields
- At least three years of related work experience
- Demonstrated aptitude for complex calculations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, learn quickly and be a team player
- Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
- LOMA 281 and 291 must be completed within six months of hire
- LOMA Associate Customer Service (ACS) designation within two years of hire
- LIMRA AML (Anti-Money Laundering) training is required within 6 months of hire. A refresher training course is required annually thereafter
- FINRA Series 6 may be required in unit processing registered products
