Now Hiring: Life Enrichment Director

About the Role:

As our Life Enrichment Director, you’ll design, plan, and lead engaging activity programs that enhance the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of our residents. You’ll play a key role in creating a vibrant community atmosphere, fostering meaningful connections, and ensuring residents’ interests and needs are met through diverse and stimulating activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, organize, and implement activity programs tailored to residents’ interests and individual needs
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate activities supporting residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Coordinate programs and events sponsored by community groups
  • Develop and oversee the community’s volunteer program
  • Manage the Life Enrichment department’s budget and purchase supplies as needed
  • Work closely with all departments to promote resident engagement and maximize quality of life
  • Maintain accurate records of resident participation and social engagement
  • Prepare and distribute monthly activity calendars and schedules
  • Ensure activity areas are clean, safe, and inviting
  • Drive the community vehicle for resident outings as required
  • Make daily rounds to monitor program effectiveness and resident engagement
  • Foster a warm, welcoming environment that emphasizes personal connection and positive experiences for all residents
