As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you'll play an important role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents. From leading engaging activities and special events to encouraging participation and meaningful social connections, you'll help create a welcoming and vibrant community where residents feel valued, supported, and connected. Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead engaging daily activities and events
- Develop monthly activity calendars
- Encourage resident participation and build positive relationships
- Coordinate outings, special events, and holiday celebrations
- Collaborate with residents, families, volunteers, and team members
- Maintain activity records and required documentation
- Ensure activities meet the interests and needs of residents
Qualifications:
- Positive, energetic, and compassionate personality
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in activities, recreation, healthcare, or related field preferred
- Must be able to assist residents during activities and events
