Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a Life Cycle Integration Program Director, responsible for shaping and influencing the company's role in product support. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, self-starting, high-performing leader with experience in program management, business development, and capture. This role offers the possibility of remote work flexibility, with on-site presence as-needed due to security considerations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide holistic lifecycle support throughout development, production, and support phases of programs
  • Develop and execute product support strategies and campaigns with portfolio managers, program managers, functional leads, and customers
  • Lead sustainment captures and contribute to tactical plans to achieve customer requirements for long-term sustainment readiness
  • Influence design for support, planning for support, and executing support solutions and analysis of the life cycle and product support implications

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education
  • Experience in acquisition and/or sustainment for aerospace/defense products for domestic or international customers
  • Deep understanding of Product Support of Military Equipment
  • Demonstrated business acumen and business case analysis
  • Success in leading teams and/or organizations to achieve common goals
  • Experience in program management, proposal management, business capture, and strategy development
  • Active SECRET Clearance with ability to obtain SAR clearances

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Ability to build customer value statements and value propositions and associated business cases
  • Familiarity with DOD 5000 acquisition policies and process, product support management, and integrated product support element guides
  • Familiarity with DOD and international military protocols, customers, and courtesies
  • Demonstrated experience in life cycle product support and sustaining capabilities in the DOD/Aerospace industry
  • M.B.A. and PMP Certification

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $153377 - $260743
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
