Join us as Sales Manager Aftersales Iberia and take ownership of expanding our service and maintenance contracts across Spain and Portugal. This is an individual contributer role reporting directly to the Director Life Cycle Service in Spain.
You will work closely with existing customers to optimize operations, identify new service opportunities, and build long-term partnerships that drive recurring business growth.
Location: Madrid area (1 day/week in office). Travelling with a company car to our customers mainly in Madrid, and one week per month spending in Andalucia, Catalunya and Vac Country will be part of the mission.
Your tasks
In this role, you will work closely with customers to improve operations and deliver impactful service solutions. Your key responsibilities include:
Promote and sell service contract modifications and technical upgrades
Prepare quotations for upgrades, parts kits, and relocations in collaboration with Area Managers
Advise customers on efficiency improvements and material flow optimization
Manage and develop Key Accounts, ensuring satisfaction across all stakeholders
Follow the sales process, including CRM (salesforce) updates and timely follow-ups
Visit customers to present service offerings and upgrade solutions
Report weekly activities and contribute insights to lessons-learned discussions
Collaborate with Area Managers, Back Office, and the Commercial Team to maximize customer satisfaction and opportunities
Your profile
Experience in a service-oriented B2B environment; You need to understand intralogistics, material flow in a supply chain environment and how important service is for industrial clients.
Basic marketing skills for service sales
Strong customer focus and business mindset
Willingness to travel across Iberia and valid driving license for Europe
English CEFR B2 (Upper Intermediate) is preferred
Technical or business bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Knowledge of SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman PSS, or Trusted Advisor (Level 3) is an advantage
Proficiency in using tools & software: Microsoft Office 365, salesforce and SAP
