Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on technical leader with strong LifeAsia expertise to drive delivery of Life Insurance platforms across Asia. This role requires active involvement in configuration, development, and integration, along with delivery ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of LifeAsia-based insurance platforms (PAS, POS, workflows)
- Perform hands-on configuration, development, and integrations
- Drive solution design and system architecture
- Support cloud migration (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices adoption
- Implement DevOps & CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with business, regional teams, and vendors
- Provide technical guidance to teams while staying hands-on
Key Requirements
- 12+ years of IT experience in Life Insurance
- Strong hands-on LifeAsia experience (mandatory)
- Experience in PAS, integrations, APIs
- Exposure to cloud, microservices, DevOps
- Some team leadership experience (not purely managerial)
