The Role

Líder de Turno_ Operaciones Analíticas de Comprimdos

Actualmente buscamos una persona con ganas en desempeñar un puesto dedicado a la  gestión de equipos y el desarrollo del talento, con capacidad para la toma de decisiones y la resolución de conflictos.

Dentro del departamento de Control de Calidad, su misión principal será gestionar las actividades correspondientes a la unidad de Operaciones Analíticas de Comprimidos en lo respectivo a análisis de productos y muestras, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de tiempo de ciclo de la unidad garantizando de este modo el servicio a fábrica.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Gestión de la planificación de análisis y organización de los recursos requeridos tanto de analistas como de equipos de laboratorio.
  • Colaboración con operaciones de comprimidos para coordinar cuando sea requerido la toma de muestras de producto /residuos de limpiezas en las áreas productivas.
  • Coordinación y gestión de incidencias de laboratorio. Participar en la investigación de OOS/OOT. Investigación de desviaciones ocurridas en el área.
  • Propuesta y desarrollo de acciones correctoras y preventivas. Participación en decisiones con potencial impacto en la confirmación de análisis y liberación de producto.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento GMP en su área de trabajo así como normas de seguridad.
  • Apoyar al resto de áreas en la toma de decisiones con impacto GMP. Generar un entorno de trabajo positivo y orientado a la mejora continua.

¿Qué se necesita?

  • Titulación universitaria en Química, Farmacia o Biología, se valorarán otras titulaciones siempre que se aporte experiencia en entornos analíticos del sector farmacéutico.
  • Experiencia en industria farmacéutica preferiblemente en entorno de laboratorio analítico.
  • Experiencia en la gestión de equipos de personas de forma directa
  • Persona organizada, con capacidad de análisis para determinación de prioridades y toma de decisión.
  • Habilidades para trabajar en equipo, llegar a acuerdos, comunicar de forma clara y fijar expectativas.
  • Capacidad de resolución de conflictos técnicos e interpersonales.
  • Inglés nivel intermedio.
  • Pensamiento crítico y experiencia en mejora continua.

Valorable

  • Experiencia en área de control de Calidad y laboratorio analítico.
  • Conocimiento en técnicas de análisis como HPLC / UV.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en el uso de sistemas informáticos asociados al entorno analítico (SAP, LES, EMPOWER).
