At Bosch Aguascalientes, he is a team leader in the Safety, Hygiene, and Environment departments.

It is responsible for the operational, administrative implementation and monitoring of the ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety System and ISO14001 Environmental Management System of the areas under its responsibility in accordance with national and international laws and standards as well as Bosch policies, directives and corporate standards.

In accordance with the department's strategy and official/corporate regulations, develop, coordinate, and implement safety, occupational health, and environmental programs and projects, with a focus on continuous improvement in order to prevent accidents, occupational diseases, environmental impacts, and risks. The organization has several jobs.

Promote and advise on Safety, Health and Environmental Protection guidelines in accordance with ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018 / CD03800 and other applicable standards.

Implement, execute, train, advise, conduct safety, health, and environment gemba walks.

Having the authority to stop any unsafe act or condition that may cause harm to people, facilities, or the environment, and to manage the correction of these risk situations.

Develop, manage and direct the implementation of Safety, Occupational Health, Environment and Sustainability strategies based on key performance indicators and internal/external regulations, with a focus on continuous improvement, which results in sustainable risk prevention labor, accident, occupational disease and environmental impacts on the organization, as well as business continuity.

Coordination of a 4 team members by assigning tasks, goals, monitoring performace and giving coaching.
