Job Description- Lead complex projects or sub-projects in several areas: Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics Planning, Manufacturing Relocations, Plant Expansion, Problem Solving and Process Optimization
- Project Leadership specialist with core skills of Project Management and Industrial Engineering, , targeting a continued role in Industrial Engineering and Process Optimization.
- Lead projects within Robert Bosch locations according to Bosch fundamentals and principles of Project Management, and Central Directives.
- Work with customers, plant leadership and development teams to plan and implement tasks, inclusive of Manufacturing projects, Line and System Relocations, Product Launches, Development projects, etc. Customer base includes Robert Bosch North America plants in US, Canada, and Mexico, as well as external customer base.
- Lead project efforts inclusive of: Process Optimization using MTM and Ergonomics.
Bachelor degree (e.g. mechatronics, mechanical, electrical, industrial, etc.)
7 years’ experience in Manufacturing, Process Optimization and Leading Projects.
MTM Certification is a plus
