PROPOSITO DE LA POSICION
Contribuir al desarrollo de habilidades y competencias de los colaboradores de acuerdo a políticas, procedimientos internos y normativa legal aplicable, a través de la coordinación de capacitación de todo el personal desde su ingreso y trayectoria en la organización.
RESPOSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES
• Llevar cabo el proceso interno de entrenamiento de habilidades técnicas y competencias al personal asignado al proceso productivo en las diferentes áreas.
• Realizar auditorías a los procesos internos de entrenamiento para verificar su cumplimiento y efectividad.
• Realizar reuniones frecuentes con entrenadores para mantener una comunicación efectiva y atender cualquier requerimiento oportunamente.
• Tener estrecha relación de comunicación con el área productiva para atender necesidades.
• Asegurar se realicen los registros correspondientes de los entrenamientos.
• Diseñar presentaciones, materiales didácticos y audiovisuales en conjunto con responsables de área.
• Administrar y controlar registros de entrenamiento en el Sistema vigente (KAHUNA, TEAMS ,etc.).
• Realizar el Programa Certificación de operadores.
• Supervisar las funciones de los entrenadores técnicos.
• Auditar la metodología de entrenamiento de entrenadores técnicos
• Realizar recorridos diarios con entrenadores.
• Fungir como Instructor Interno
• Trabajar bajo el esquema de la mejora continua
Educación:
• Carrera profesional terminada o en proceso de finalizar
• Ingles nivel intermedio (deseable)
Experiencia requerida y habilidades:
• 1 año de experiencia mínimo en área de entrenamiento
• Experiencia con personal a cargo o lidereando proyectos
• Experiencia en industría de la manufactura
• Manejo de Office
