Job Description:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented License Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about ensuring software license compliance, we want to hear from you. Join us in shaping the future of our organization as we navigate the exciting world of licensing compliance. Your main duties as a License Compliance Manager will be to work with current iText customers in EMEA and APAC to audit their iText usages.

  • Take the ownership on the assigned customers in EMEA and APAC region to audit their iText usages
  • Become subject matter expert in AGPLv3 and other open source licenses
  • Understand iText/Apryse software commercial license models, current and past
  • Communicate with customers' top level technical and legal executives on the request and complete the audit process defined in the workflow
  • Understand the customers' technical landscape and identify any applications that utilizes iText
  • Explain the license compliance situation to the customer/user
  • Build rapport with a user to transform a software compliance concern into a long term partnership
  • Understand iText/Apryse as product and exercise the market for potential growth
  • Document your work accurately in CRM system (SalesForce)
  • Liaise between Apryse Sales, Customer Success and Legal teams
  • Actively participate in team meetings and trainings
  • Participate in software compliance related events & conferences


  • 5+ year working experience out of which 3+ year of Sales experience within a software company
  • Speaks fluent English.
  • Able to understand the technical details of the product
  • Able to challenge and convince the technical and/or legal people in every level at the user side
  • To solve complex problems to a long term solution
  • Have strong understanding of technology and how pieces of technology interact
  • Able to understand a wide breadth of knowledge (communication, legal, and technical)
  • Able to work independently, as well as within a team

My typical day starts with prioritizing the needs of current sales opportunities I’m involved with and prepping for customer meetings that day. I’ll also usually have blocks of time set out for prospecting new business opportunities within my accounts and mapping how our digital document processing solutions can fit in their environment.
