- Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science (B.Lib.I.Sc.) or equivalent; Master’s degree (MLIS) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a library or information center, preferably within an educational or technical institution.
- Proficiency in library management systems (e.g., Koha, LibSys, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Familiarity with digital resources, e-journals, e-books, and online academic databases.
