Position Overview:
The successful candidate will manage day-to-day library operations, ensure effective access to academic resources, and provide structured administrative and admissions support across departments. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Library Services (Part-Time Function)
Manage and maintain library resources and services
Organize, catalogue, and coordinate academic materials
Oversee circulation and digital/physical resource management
Support students and faculty with library access and research tools

Administrative & Admissions Support (Full-Time Role)
Provide administrative support and other administrative duties as required
Assist in scheduling and coordination of academic activities
Support admissions procedures, documentation, and coordination
Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with institutional policies
Assist in planning and organizing academic events and activities

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in library sciences (master’s preferred)
Prior administrative experience required
Experience in admissions processes is an advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic highly desirable)
Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
