- Deliver a friendly, welcoming, and memorable Liberty experience for every customer and teach, coach, and mentor the team to do the same.
- Foster a warm and knowledgeable environment that encourages repeat visits.
- Share a comprehensive knowledge of cannabis-related topics, current trends, and impart valuable information to customers.
- Provide leadership in managing inventory, opening and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Share feedback and insight on product trends, customer feedback, and propose operational improvements to drive the business.
Your Strengths:

- You have experience with operating a point-of-sale system, cash handling, and have meticulous attention to detail.
