We are seeking a highly experienced and
results-driven Liaisoning Cum Project Engineer to manage end-to-end
building approvals, liaison with government authorities, and oversee civil
project execution. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Kerala
Municipal Building Rules (KMBR) and Kerala Panchayat Building Rules (KPBR),
coupled with hands-on experience in high-rise apartments, villas, and
commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regulatory Liaisoning & Approvals
· Spearhead
the building permit, layout approval, and Occupancy Certificate (OC) processes
from initial application to final grant.
· Secure
critical statutory clearances including Fire NOC, Pollution Control
Board approvals, KSEB electrical connections, and KWA water
connections.
· Facilitate Tharam Mattam (land classification/conversion) procedures efficiently.
· Maintain
excellent relationships with government officials to track, follow up, and
resolve pending approvals and project delays.
2. Project Management & Execution
· Supervise
site operations, labour, and contractors to ensure strict compliance with
quality control and safety standards.
· Coordinate
material procurement, vendor evaluation, and site finishing works.
· Drive bureaucratic
efficiency by partnering with government stakeholders,
establishing strict
mutual timelines, and ensuring their unwavering commitment until every project phase is fully resolved.
3. Planning & Scheduling
· Develop,
monitor, and update detailed project schedules and bar charts using tools like MS
Project, Primavera, or Zoho Project.

Qualifications & Requirements
· Education: Diploma
or B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
· Experience: Proven
track record in handling apartment/high-rise residential projects and
commercial developments.
· Regulatory Knowledge: Advanced familiarity with KMBR / KPBR regulations.
· Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS
Project, and GIS Mapping/Google Earth.
· Communication & Skills: Exceptional negotiation, team coordination, and
client-handling skills.
Skills Required
- Diploma, B.Tech, or M.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Proven experience handling apartment, high-rise residential, and commercial projects
- Advanced familiarity with Kerala Municipal Building Rules and Kerala Panchayat Building Rules
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and GIS Mapping or Google Earth
