What You Will Do :
- Drive efficiencies strategy and initiatives to achieve annual cost savings targets.
- Oversee all indirect procurement categories, including:
- Technology (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, outsourcing, data center premises, data mining, AI, PC computing, notebooks).
- Marketing & Operations (POSM, ATL/BTL, events & campaigns, digital advertising, BPO, merchant acquiring, IoT devices).
- Cross-Category (consultancy, HRIS, finance systems).
- Ensure all procurement strategies and processes (BuySmart method) meet business objectives in terms of cost, quality, delivery, and risk mitigation.
- Overcome VUCA situations (e.g., Covid or other unpredictable events) with actionable mitigation solutions.
- Conduct periodic evaluations of supplier performance, ensuring SLA compliance above 98% (semi-annual).
- Take full ownership of procurement policies, guidelines, and system improvements, keeping deviations below the 2% annual threshold.
- Manage procurement budgets and ensure project utilization remains within allocated thresholds.
- Translate business cases into tender documents (RFP/RFQ), lead tender processes, and ensure transparent vendor selection.
- Ensure strong governance and compliance across the procurement function.
- Build and lead a data-driven, high-performing procurement team to solve organizational challenges.
- Partner with procurement consultants to align with global standards and maximize value delivery.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership, including the VP of Procurement and CFO.
What You Will Need :
- Master/Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, or finance.
- More than 10 years of experience in handling the procurement technology category.
- Have extensive knowledge in contract management, benchmarking, and sourcing strategy.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of Market and Vendor analysis.
- Have a clear understanding of contract cycle and project management.
- Deep understanding of end to end procurement process.
- Good knowledge and experience in the implementation of procurement system improvement.
- Good leadership exquisite communication and management skills.
- Solid and sound technology background.
- Datacentric approach with self-driven and self-determined with a holistic approach.
