📌 What We’re Looking For: Corporate Legal Intern
What You Will Do :
- Assist the Corporate Legal team in preparing and coordinating periodic regulatory reports.
- Manage and organize legal documents to ensure proper record-keeping, accuracy, and easy accessibility.
- Handle internal requests for legal documents and information while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
- Support the PDP (Personal Data Protection) Working Group with administrative tasks, including assessment list preparation, stakeholder outreach coordination, document proofreading, and regulatory research.
- Conduct regulatory scanning and compile relevant legal and compliance documentation.
- Assist the team in conducting legal research and preparing legal memorandums for Ventures and product-related matters.
What You Will Need :
- Currently in at least the 7th semester of a Law degree or a fresh graduate in Law.
- Minimum of one prior internship experience, preferably with exposure to general corporate legal matters.
- Solid understanding of general corporate law/company law and personal data protection regulations.
- Proficient in Adobe applications, Canva, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Able to commit to completing the full duration of the internship program.
- Willing and able to comply with the assigned working arrangement, including mandatory work-from-office (WFO) attendance.
