We are actively seeking LG Summer Interns to join our Home Appliance Solutions, Regional Sales Team.
The 2025 Summer Sales Intern will join our team for a 9-week internship from June 2nd through August 1st.
The internship will be based in the office at the LG North America Innovation Campus in Englewood Cliffs, NJ and pay an hourly rate of $25.00.
The LG Internship Program is built on the philosophy of ensuring that each intern is given the opportunity to perform robust and meaningful work while gaining real-world experience.
The program will include each intern working on an individual strategic project for the department and delivering a presentation at the program’s end. The Sales Internship project will focus on bench marketing customer and competitors for regional channels. This will provide competitive insights to enhance LG’s position in the market. As the Sales Intern, you will analyze regional exclusive models and collaborate with the Product Management team on strategic insights.
This role is a collaboration between sales and channel marketing for regional markets. You will also update customer presentations for New Product Introductions (NPI), marketing, and buy groups. You will generate sales analytic reports and conduct market analysis as well as gain exposure to sales calls with local sales team members. Additionally, you will conduct website audits for key retailers and perform competitive benchmarking for products and websites.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program at an accredited College/University.
- Rising Sophomore, Rising Junior in Bachelor's degree program, Business Management related major is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
- Familiarity with OLAP
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to utilize analytical skills and stay well organized for success in muti-tasking.
- Strong presentation and customer-facing skills are highly preferred.
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal day-to-day interaction.
