Level Designer

We’re looking for a passionate Level Designer who values an enjoyable work atmosphere and is excited to design engaging and well-balanced levels that make a difference in the mobile gaming industry.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Interest in analytics and product-oriented thinking
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Familiarity with level editors is a plus
• Passion for games across different genres and curiosity to create new experiences

What You Will Do:

• Use level design tools to create, iterate, and balance levels for an engaging and enjoyable player experiences
• Analyze player data and in-game behavior to identify problems and propose solutions
• Contribute to the development of new game mechanics and features
• Create and maintain clear level design documentation that serve as a clear roadmap for the art and engineering teams
• Work closely with other team members to ensure levels align with the game's vision and technical constraints
