As a Level 3 Support Specialist in our Treatment Delivery Escalations team, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our cutting-edge technologies are supported with excellence, helping clinicians deliver life-saving treatments around the world.
What you’ll do at Elekta
This position offers Hybrid working with flexibility of working from office 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
Own and manage escalated cases from regional support teams.
Troubleshoot complex product issues in live clinical environments.
Prioritize system-down cases to minimize clinical disruption.
Collaborate with business lines and global technical groups.
Mentor colleagues and share knowledge across teams.
Create and deliver Knowledge Articles and Field Change Orders.
Support rollout of new products and features.
Lead and contribute to internal projects and initiatives.
Represent Elekta in internal and external meetings.
Travel occasionally, sometimes at short notice.
What you bring
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Passionate about customer care and technical excellence.
Experienced in Elekta products (minimum 5 years in service/manufacturing/installation).
Qualified with a minimum HNC/HND or equivalent in engineering.
Skilled in solving complex product issues and mentoring others.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Flexible, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning.
