First year earnings for a Field Operations Director (FOD) start at a minimum of $90,000 based on a 40-hour work week. This position offers earnings potential of up to $120,000+ commensurate with experience, overtime opportunities, bonuses, travel pay and more. A sign-on bonus and training academy scholarship is also available.
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess or be eligible to possess LEOSA/HR-218 permit.
Who You Are:
GDBA is seeking qualified men and women from diverse backgrounds that can bring their skills and experiences to our firm’s protective mission. GDBA’s ideal candidate for this protection position possesses one or more of the following experience levels/credentials:
- 3+ years of experience conducting close protection/executive protection operations for high-net-worth clients/at-risk clients. Experience working in one of or a combination of the following environments is preferred: Residential, Corporate, Technology, or Military/Law Enforcement Protective Security Details (PSD).
- 5+ years working in a full-time certified law enforcement officer position(s). HR-218 (LEOSA) eligibility is a must.
Mission: The Safety, Privacy and Wellbeing of our Clients
- Provide protection and logistical support at clients' homes and when they travel
- Detect and defeat adversaries
- Create and maintain readiness to meet any threat
- Survey and prepare locations prior to arrival of the protected person
- Coordinate and execute plans for security and medical emergencies
Interested candidates should expect the following:
- 12-Day Introductory Essential Protector Skills (EPS) Training Academy
- Be able to pass physical readiness test (Pull-ups, Push-ups, Sit-ups, 800m run)
- Protectors must be drug and nicotine free
- Able to pass a pre-employment background investigation
- Must be able to swim

- $1k-$5k sign-on bonus
