First year earnings for this role in Washington D.C start at a minimum of $90,000 based on a 40-hour work week. This position offers earnings potential of up to $120,000+ commensurate with experience, overtime opportunities, bonuses, travel pay and more. A sign-on bonus and training academy scholarship is also available.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years working in a full-time certified law enforcement officer position(s). Federal, state, local law enforcement all accepted.
- Possession of current and valid HR-218/LEOSA permit is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience conducting close protection/executive protection operations for high-net-worth clients/at-risk clients. Experience working in one of or a combination of the following environments is preferred: Residential, Corporate, Technology, or Military/Law Enforcement Protective Security Details (PSD).
Mission: The Safety, Privacy and Wellbeing of our Clients
- Provide protection and logistical support at clients' homes and when they travel
- Detect and defeat adversaries
- Create and maintain readiness to meet any threat
- Survey and prepare locations prior to arrival of the protected person
- Coordinate and execute plans for security and medical emergencies
Interested candidates should expect the following:
- 12-Day Introductory Essential Protector Skills (EPS) Training Academy
- Be able to pass physical readiness test (Pull-ups, Push-ups, Sit-ups, 800m run)
- Protectors must be drug and nicotine free
- Able to pass a pre-employment background investigation
- Must be able to swim

- $1k-$3k sign-on bonus
