To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully:
- Act as administrative expert of the LOS/platform by keeping product knowledge up to date, evaluating and modifying system performance and making recommendations for future upgrades.
- Identify the most effective way to utilize the LOS/platform to satisfy business requirements, using both standard and custom functionality.
- Consult with business units and leadership to identify potential areas of gained efficiency, process improvement, and/or automation.
- Collaborate with key strategic partners such as third-party vendors and internal departments to resolve software, hardware, and communication issues.
- Lead audit remediation efforts, system access clean-up efforts, and analysis of appropriate access rights.
- Provide research, analysis, high-level design and estimates for end-user technology solutions.
- Coordinate implementation and rollout of technology solutions, including communicating changes to appropriate business units and training teams.
- Perform daily tasks including updating rates in appropriate LOS, adding and deleting users, reviewing core data load, completing purge process and reviewing exception reports.
- Manage interface and monitor system performance with other third-party applications that work in connection with the LOS/platform, ensuring timely updates and enhancements are done as required.
- Create, maintain, and generate reports using the LOS/platform, MACU and other data sources.
- Provide daily support to end users regarding usage of the system and deliver prompt resolution to questions and concerns.
- Lead project initiatives and monthly team project meetings as needed.
- Understand and adhere to the company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the company’s risk appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
- Remain current on all regulatory changes affecting compliance to ensure systems are up to date.
- Review profiles, security settings and loan setup settings in the LOS/platform and other integrated applications.
- Assist cross-functionally with other software’s such as, but not limited to, ICE Encompass, Akuvo Aperture, Abrigo Sageworks, Blend.
- Model the MACU way behaviors by exhibiting mutual trust and respect, honesty and integrity, professionalism, and accountability.

Experience
Minimum of five years in lending and operations is required.
Background in product ownership and/or system administration preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or 3 additional combined years of experience in a progressive financial lending role.
