A regular day for you will include:
- As a consultant in loan solutions, you will support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide the best-in-class service
- Ensure loan applications are assessed accurately and timely in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented and able to closely follow credit policy rules to ensure risk parameters are consistently followed
- Gathering loan information
- Selling our loan and protection products
- Closing loans virtually and in person
- Following up past due customer accounts
- Cash controls including taking payments
- Commit to your personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience to earn our customer’s trust and loyalty

Must-haves:
- Authorized to work in Canada
- High-school diploma or the equivalent is an asset
- Great communication skills
Extra - awesome to have:
- You have at least 1 year of prior experience in loan underwriting, experience in a financial institution.
- Previous experience working with loan origination software
- Post-secondary education in Finance or Business Administration
- Maintain a positive supportive attitude, help to maintain a gratifying work atmosphere!
