Wells Fargo is seeking a Lending Operations Senior Manager to lead several functions within Auto's Specialty Operations. This leader will be lead several high-risk functions within Specialty Operations which may include, Repo Operations, Reinstatements, Impounds Process, and Vendor Management and Support. In addition, this leader will drive to meet or exceed all established SLAs., execute on continuous process improvement and proactively mitigate risk. In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop large Loan Servicing teams responsible for a variety of processing functions, documentation, loan monitoring, or loan servicing.
- Engage and influence stakeholders, internal and external partners, and peers associated with the Lending Operations functional area.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within Lending Operations functional area.
- Participate in the formulation and implementation of new and revised systems, policies, and guidelines.
- Oversee implementation of practices to ensure compliance with Wells Fargo legal, investor, regulatory, or business policies.
- Determine appropriate strategies and actions of Lending Operations team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables.
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures for meeting compliance, risk management, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including experienced managers.
- Provide oversight of external vendors and their performance
- Provide quality customer service.
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Lending Operations
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
- 6+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- 5 years lending servicing operations experience including, repossession operations, impounds, and reinstatements
- 3 years direct management experience and vendor management
- Ability to drive work and processes for results.
- Strong attention to detail and analytic aptitude,
- strategic thinker, problem solver,
- Partnering and collaboration skills
- Highly effective communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple important projects simultaneously.
- Have a high sense of personal accountability.
