Für unseren Standort in Amstetten suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten und erfahrenen Leiter Einkauf (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Einkaufsteams (7 Mitarbeitende).

  • Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Ziele und Einhaltung der Einkaufskennzahlen sowie regelmäßiges Reporting an die Geschäftsleitung

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Produktion, Qualität, Logistik und Controlling sowie der globalen Beschaffungsorganisation

  • Verantwortung für die Beschaffung von Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen, Werkzeugen und Betriebsmitteln, Investitionsgütern sowie Dienstleistungen.

  • Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen, qualitätsgerechten und termingerechten Materialversorgung.

  • Durchführung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten.

  • Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung einer nachhaltigen Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsstrategie für den Standort sowie die darin eingebetteten Warengruppenstrategien

  • Analyse internationaler Beschaffungsmärkte und Aufbau strategischer Lieferantenpartnerschaften.

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kostenoptimierungsmaßnahmen sowie Realisierung von Einsparpotenzialen.

  • Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards und digitalen Beschaffungslösungen.

  • Lieferantenmanagement nach IATF 16949 einschließlich Lieferantenentwicklung, Risikoanalyse und Eskalationsmanagement

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.

  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im strategischen und operativen Einkauf, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen.

  • Erfahrung im Einkauf von technischen Komponenten sowie Roh-, Hilfs und Betriebsstoffen in der Gießerei wünschenswert

  • Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsstärke.

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht sowie im nationalen und internationalen Lieferantenmanagement.

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise SAP) und gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen

  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie analytische und unternehmerische Denkweise.

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamorientierung.

Skills Required

  • Completed degree in industrial engineering, business administration, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of leadership experience in strategic and operational procurement
  • Experience in a manufacturing company
  • Experience purchasing technical components and raw, auxiliary, and operating materials
  • Experience purchasing materials in a foundry environment
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of contract law
  • Experience with national and international supplier management
  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
  • Proficiency with common Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent German and English negotiation skills
  • Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Initiative, assertiveness, and team orientation
