About the role

We are looking for an individual who can provide support to our sales department. You will be responsible for assisting Sales Managers to sell and promote Four Seasons Nevis. In this role, you will also support your team in functions including, but not limited to Golden Admin, the preparation of proposals, site inspections, FAM trips, seamless data input, maintenance of databases, handling managers incoming and outgoing mail, answering phones and providing additional general office and hotel assistance when needed. 

What you will do

  • Develop and generate proposal for Travel Agents and Wholesalers 
  • Maintain GSC and Golden System hygiene. 
  • Provide sales support for Director of Sales and Sales Managers, primarily focused on TI business. 
  • Contract Documents: assist in facilitating TI Wholesale Agreements 
  • Assist with confirmed reservations and agent’s request.
  • Manage Director of Sales and/or Sales Manager inbox when needed.
  • Assist TI Sales Managers with pre-arrivals and hotel surveys.
  • Manage overnight stays, transportation and needs for site inspections.
  • Facilitate client requests and communicate customer needs. 
  • Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee.
  • Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct. 
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

What you bring

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an administrative assistant in a hospitality-driven team environment. 
  • Knowledge of Golden/OPERA systems is preferred. 
  • Sales, Reservations and/or event coordinating experience is a plus. 
  • Proficient in computer skills (including Windows, Outlook,Word,Excel, Power Point) necessary to complete any correspondence such as proposals, letters, and office communications. 
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate with clients and all levels of management. 
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle several projects/deadlines. 
  • Strong organizational and self-guided multi-tasking skills.
  • College Degree or similar experience
  •  Luxury hotel sales experience or 2 – 3 years operational hotel experience preferred.
