The Position
Roche is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for an internship position as a Legal & Compliance Trainee. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insight into the legal and compliance functions within a leading global healthcare company.
As a Legal & Compliance Trainee, you will assist the Legal & Compliance team in ensuring Roche's adherence to regulatory requirements, maintaining corporate governance standards, and supporting various legal matters. You will work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to our mission of improving patients' lives through scientific innovation.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in conducting legal research and analysis on various topics relevant to the healthcare industry and regulatory environment.

Support the preparation, review, and management of legal documents, contracts, and corporate policies.

Aid in the development and implementation of compliance training programs.

Help in monitoring and ensuring compliance with Roche's policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.

Provide assistance in internal audits and risk assessments.

Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
A 6-month internship with expense reimbursement is offered.
Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Law (bar admission preferred).

Strong academic performance and a keen interest in legal and compliance matters.

Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

Curiosity and ability to handle confidential information.

Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in Italian and English (both written and spoken);
