Your Rebel Team Customer Engagement, Contracts and Acquisition
Customer Engagement: Customer Engagement aligns the entire customer experience with the aim of increasing revenue by making it easy for customers to understand our products and how they integrate with existing customers’ systems. We focus on short-term results and long-term strategy to create sustainable growth through a user-centered approach to business. Our CE team is supported by the following functions:
- Sales
- Contracting and Acquisition Support
- Proposal + Technical Writing
- Sales Operations
How you’ll make a difference in this role:
We are looking to add a Contracts Manager to our team in Washington, DC.
As a Contracts Manager, you will help to build relationships with the proposal team, mission success team, market intel team, and customer engagement team. You will be instrumental in the growth of Rebellion by helping to identify the types of contracts we need going forward and facilitate capture of different procurement strategies.
This role reports to the Sr. Contracts Manager.
What your mission is:
- Protecting the company by preparing and interpreting the letter of the contract
- Reviewing, working through and writing language that will be used contractually regarding contracting issues
- Building partnerships and working collaboratively with other departments across multiple functions to meet a shared objective while conveying a clear understanding of the unique needs of different procurement options and approaches

- Have familiarity with various types of government procurement methods
The Nature of our Work:
We are driving fast change to an extremely regulated industry. Many of the national security programs that are supported by Rebellion’s products operate in secure environments and access to those spaces and the data in them may require an active personnel security clearance. It is a requirement of this position that you are able to obtain and hold a personnel security clearance at the right level.

- To start, you’ll have an initial 30 minute conversation with one of our amazing recruiters to learn more about you and your career goals.
- Next, you’ll dive deeper into your background and expertise with the Hiring Manager for 30-45 minutes
- Lastly, you will have the opportunity to meet with members across our team for competency focused interviews covering both technical aspects of the role and our company culture.
