The Legal function provides strategic legal support across the organization, ensuring business activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The role involves advising stakeholders, managing legal risks, drafting/reviewing legal documents and supporting commercial decision‑making while protecting the company’s interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
- Advise on legal matters.
- Monitor relevant legislation and provide updates on legal and regulatory changes.
- Support compliance initiatives, corporate governance, and adherence to internal policies and ethical standards.
- Deliver legal training and support risk management processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
