We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Virtual Paralegal Assistant to support a high-performing real estate law firm with their transaction and document-heavy workload. If you're experienced with real estate closings, legal documentation, and coordinating multiple moving pieces, this role offers an opportunity to be an integral part of a collaborative legal team—all from the comfort of your home office.

This role primarily supports legal operations, but may occasionally assist with general administrative duties as needed to streamline workflows and maintain productivity across the team. 


Key Responsibilities:
Core Functions – Legal & Administrative Support
  • Prepare and organize real estate closing documents in alignment with legal standards.

  • Support transaction coordination using Qualia or similar software.

  • Professionally manage inbox and respond to client and partner communications via Gmail.

  • Maintain and update legal templates, internal records, and client folders.

  • Coordinate closing schedules with title companies, lenders, and clients.

  • Provide regular status updates to the managing attorney and paralegal.

  • Support internal documentation of processes to improve workflow consistency.

  • Perform light administrative duties as needed, including scheduling and document management.

Ad Hoc Support
  • Conduct basic legal or property-related research when necessary.

  • Assist in preparing closing packages and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Support operational efficiency by identifying process improvements.



RequirementsQualifications:
  • 1–2 years of paralegal or real estate closing experience.

  • Experience with Qualia or comparable legal transaction management tools.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Familiarity with Gmail and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a virtual environment.

  • Legal or real estate background preferred.

Preferred Tools & Platforms:

Qualia, Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other legal/real estate software as applicable.
