Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain legal and compliance-related software platforms (e.g., contract lifecycle management, eDiscovery, compliance tracking tools).
- Ensure system security, user access controls, and data integrity.
- Coordinate with IT for system upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Data Collection & Management and System Administration
- Design and implement data collection processes for legal and compliance reporting.
- Aggregate, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support audits, investigations, and regulatory filings.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with data retention policies, in close coordination with the Privacy & Data Ethics Office.
- Legal & Compliance Support and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Assist legal teams with document management, litigation holds, and regulatory inquiries.
- Support compliance initiatives by tracking obligations, certifications, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and the Privacy & Data Ethics Office to ensure systems and data practices align with legal requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).
- Serve as a liaison between Legal, IT, Compliance, and external vendors.
- Provide training and support to end-users on legal systems and data tools.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in system administration, legal operations, or data management.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks (e.g., data privacy laws, compliance standards).
- Proficiency in database tools, reporting software, and legal tech platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
