• Corporate Commercial
• Securities Law

Tasks may include:

• Attending Meetings
• Conducting Research
• Document Review / Production
• Drafting Documents
• Filing Documents
• General Administrative Tasks
• Meeting With Clients
• Participating In Strategy Sessions
• Proofreading & Spell-checking Documents

Remuneration: $6000/month

Transit Accessible: Yes

Vehicle Required: No

Start Date: January 2025

End Date: April 2025
