Your Mission

As our new Legal Specialist you’ll play a key role in managing and negotiating contracts, advising internal stakeholders, and supporting legal and compliance efforts across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll join a dynamic, collaborative legal team, where your expertise will help shape and protect OPIS’s global operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and legal agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to identify legal risks and provide practical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards across all OPIS entities.
  • Support intellectual property and trademark protection initiatives.
  • Liaise with external counsel and support the Legal Coordinator in managing complex legal matters.
  • Stay current on legal developments relevant to our business and help implement changes group-wide.
  • Keep legal systems, trackers, and contract repositories updated and organized.
What You’ll Bring
  • A degree in Law and 1+ year of experience in corporate or commercial law (in-house or at a law firm).
  • Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills in English (mandatory).
  • A proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A keen interest in working in a global, fast-paced life sciences environment.
