Position Overview
Support client organizations with full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategies during periods of growth, transformation, or transition.
Responsibilities
Deliver modern, human-centric HR solutions that improve workplace experiences
Support client engagements with a focus on delivery excellence, strategic alignment, and outcomes
Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle
Apply consulting, project management, and communication best practices
Partner with livingHR Principals and client stakeholders to deliver value
Track billable work and maintain accurate project documentation
Align people strategies with broader business objectives
Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruiting across roles and levels
Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategies
Candidate Experience
Deliver exceptional candidate experiences
Support employer branding and engagement efforts
Recruiting Operations
Track recruiting metrics and optimize hiring processes
Role Requirements
Experience working directly with clients in consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agencies
Strong internal HR or functional expertise across relevant disciplines
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills
Comfort working in flexible, project-based engagements
HR certifications or platform certifications preferred where applicable
Willingness to travel occasionally as client needs require
Legal Recruiting Specific Requirements
Demonstrated experience recruiting within AmLaw or large national law firms
Proven expertise recruiting attorneys and legal professionals across levels, including associates, counsel, partners and legal operations roles
Experience supporting law firm combinations and growth initiatives, including identifying and assessing small or boutique firms or practice groups as potential acquisition or combinations targets
Ability to partner with firm leadership on talent driven due diligence related to combinations, including market mapping, practice strength assessment, and leadership evaluation
Understanding of law firm economics, practice group structures, and lateral hiring dynamics
Experience managing highly confidential searches and sensitive attorney moves
Familiarity with bar admissions, credential verification, and compliance considerations unique to legal recruiting
What You Can Expect
livingHR engages contract consultants on a project-by-project basis. Engagement timing, scope, and duration vary based on client needs. Consultants may be considered for multiple opportunities over time as part of our long-term talent community.
