07/24/20262000 16th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202, United States of AmericaThe Sr. Manager, Legal Operations, is responsible for assisting the Senior Director, Assistant General Counsel in a variety of legal areas and internal clients. These legal areas include home dialysis related laws and regulations, including the Medicare Conditions for Coverage and CMS Operations Manuals; Federal and State healthcare laws including, but not limited to Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and HIPAA. The Senior Manager, Legal Operations will support internal clients including the Home National Team, Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Revenue Operations, Mercury, Risk, and engage in cross-functional Justice League of DaVita (JLD) internal coordination. The Senior Manager, Legal Operations will also support project management for special projects including Restrictive Covenants, State Legislation, Disclosure Review Committee, and other similar engagements as needed.
DUTIES:
- Project Manage: Home National Legal Projects, Disclosure Review Committee, Restrictive Covenants, and State Legislation
- Assist on Day to Day Legal Coverage of Home Clinical Education, Marketing, Communications, Patient and Teammate Facing Initiatives, Vendor Coordination, and Miscellaneous IT and AI Applications
- Manage JLD Home Inbox and Record Retention
- Perform special assignments as needed.
- Support and collaborate with other areas of the JLD and compliance, as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of six years of project management experience in a mix of health care operations and in-house legal departments.
- General understanding of relevant health care laws and regulations (i.e., Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Medicare Conditions for Coverage).
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
