Work one day per week, from approximately 12:00 p.m. through the evening, to support collaboration with U.S.-based teams during U.S. business hours.

About the Role

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Legal Operations Specialist to join our Legal team in Israel. This is an individual-contributor role supporting the Legal team’s day-to-day operations and working closely with business partners in Israel and the United States. The role focuses on legal workflows, contract administration, systems, reporting, project coordination, and the continuous improvement of Legal team processes. This position does not require admission to the bar or an active license to practice law. However, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B. or equivalent) or have hands-on legal experience.

You Will

  • Full time position, Work one day per week, from approximately 12:00 p.m. through the evening, to support collaboration with U.S.-based teams during U.S. business hours.
  • Coordinate the full contract lifecycle, including intake, initial document review, internal approvals, signature, filing, and ongoing tracking.
  • Review legal documents, conduct legal research, and support the preparation and drafting of routine legal materials.
  • Track open matters, deadlines, approvals, renewals, and action items, and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and organized legal records, contract repositories, templates, and knowledge-management resources.
  • Manage and continuously improve legal workflows, processes, and systems to increase efficiency, consistency, and visibility.
  • Administer contract-management, e-signature, document-management, e-billing, and other legal platforms.
  • Use AI-powered tools and legal technology to support contract review, research, document drafting, workflow automation, and knowledge management.
  • Coordinate legal projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders across Legal, Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, and other business teams in Israel and the United States.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and operational data to support planning and decision-making within the Legal team.
  • Independently handle routine legal and operational matters, while escalating substantive legal questions to the appropriate legal counsel.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B. or equivalent) or at least two years of relevant hands-on legal experience.
  • Ability to work full time with one day per week, from approximately 12:00 p.m. through the evening, to align with U.S. business hours.
  • Experience supporting contracts and legal processes, including document review, legal research, matter coordination, and record management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
  • Sound judgment when handling confidential information and escalating substantive legal matters.
  • A collaborative, service-oriented approach and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in working with spreadsheets, operational data, reports, and business systems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in an in-house Legal department, law firm, technology company, or global organization.
  • Familiarity with legal technology, AI-powered tools, contract-management systems, e-signature, document-management, or e-billing platforms.
