Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Operations Manager. This is an important role supporting the General Counsel & Compliance Officer directly to enable the Thales CSP legal function to operate successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with legal counsel and business stakeholders to develop scalable processes and tools that increase productivity and reduce risk.

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects involving legal, compliance, product management, operations and sales teams.

  • Serve as a point of contact for external vendors related to legal technology, e-discovery, and outside counsel management.

  • Train and support legal and business teams on legal tools and best practices.

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and legal vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in legal operations, ideally within technology, cyber security, or related industries.

  • Strong knowledge of contract management and legal technologies (e.g., Linksquares and LawVu, or similar).

  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
