About the Role:
Hello Heart is hiring a Legal Operations Manager to join our Legal team. Reporting to our Chief Legal Officer (CLO), you will own, operate, and scale our systems and processes. You should have prior experience owning contract management systems, reporting, and creating and maintaining documentation databases.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review internal communications, maintain accurate records, and assist with legal documentation and task management.
- Own and optimize the contract lifecycle process (tracking, reminders, automation), primarily using Ironclad and other tools.
- Ensure legal documents, policies, and information are organized, current, and easily accessible.
- Partner with the Legal team to create and refine playbooks, workflows, templates, and scalable systems that streamline operations.
- Build and maintain customized reports that offer insights and visibility into legal matters and contract performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a paralegal, legal operations, and executive assistant role supporting legal teams.
- Professional experience with scaling and automating legal systems, particularly in contract management, document tracking, and reporting systems.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Ironclad, Asana, and other project or legal management platforms.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 to $135,000. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
