We’re looking for a Legal Operations Manager to join our Operations Team - someone eager to blend legal expertise with strategic execution in the fast-moving world of Web3. Whether you’re coming from a top law firm or already in-house, you’ll lead key legal initiatives across contracts, compliance, and regulation while also supporting core operational functions. If you’re tech-savvy and thrive under pressure we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Hands on legal work in various legal fields: hi-tech, commercial, labor, digital assets regulation and compliance, litigation - in multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate and manage global legal partners and advisors
• Draft, implement, and maintain internal policies that keep us compliant and nimble.
• Support operational functions including banking, insurance, and internal monitoring systems.
• Advancing the company's ability to monitor progress and company-wide tasks and projects.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• An Israeli lawyer of around 4-5 years with experience in tech or commercial commercial departments in big law or part of an in-house legal team. Experience in other legal fields (from those mentioned above) or jurisdictions is an advantage. 
• Ability to multitask and cope with changing situations.
• Work directly with many stakeholders, including senior management. 
• Working under pressure with deadlines. 
• A people person who enjoys cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven project manager - you get things done with minimal direction.
• Willing and enjoying both hands on and oversight.
• Resourcefulness - leading tasks and projects from scratch without precise direction. 
• Enthusiast about technology. 
• Familiarity or experience with blockchain - a substantial advantage. 
• Experience with Monday - an advantage. 
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law
