Operations Coordinator (Legal Team)

Job Summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Operations Coordinator to support our Legal team’s contract and operational processes. This role plays a key part in managing contracts, maintaining accurate data, and helping drive automation and efficiency across the business.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end contract management process, ensuring timely and accurate documentation

• Review, enter, and maintain contract and order form data within Salesforce

• Maintain contract summary sheets and internal documentation

• Monitor and update contract records to ensure completeness and data integrity

• Partner with Legal, Finance, Sales, and other stakeholders to review and process contract changes

• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate contract workflows, helping create scalable solutions that support other teams across the organization

• Assist with reporting and basic analytics related to contract activity

• Provide general operational and administrative support to the Legal team

Qualifications

• Experience supporting contract administration or contract management processes

• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

• Working knowledge of Salesforce

• Experience with SharePoint or other document management systems

• Exposure to CLM tools

• Interest in process improvement or workflow automation
