- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Procurement, GRC, Finance and other internal teams to align contract terms with business goals and risk tolerance.

- Data Mapping and ESG Reporting: Help with maintaining internal data maps and completing ESG questionnaires for prospective and existing customers and investors.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in legal operations, contract administration, or paralegal roles in a corporate setting (preferably SaaS / B2B Tech).

- Adaptable & Hands-On Mindset: Strong organizational skills with a willingness to roll up your sleeves to handle routine administrative duties alongside higher-level projects.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex legal concepts for non-legal business partners.
